What we are looking for

A strategic and decisive marketer who is a reliable source of information and a technical specialist in the areas of retention, cancelation management, and win-back. You will develop dynamic campaigns that drive recurring revenue and make measurable impacts within Musora and the Student Experience team. 


You’ll be the strategist and executor for marketing campaigns covering four specific phases of our student journey, including:

  • Retention
  • Cancellation
  • Refunds 
  • Win back

Your specific duties will include: 

  • Identify, outline, and propose opportunities to improve systems
  • Design, deploy and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and create meaningful reports
  • Iterate campaigns continually to improve performance at every stage of the journey
  • Ongoing testing and segmentation to ensure continued optimization
  • Proactive communication with students where necessary

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C setting
  • Familiarity with analytics tracking platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data and generate effective reports
  • Experience creating multi-channel drip campaigns
  • Experience and proven ability in copywriting and split testing

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in customer support
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field
  • You play an instrument or are passionate about music
